King Crab Legs with Wine

This crab legs is perfect for anyone who appreciates the delicate flavor of the crab meat and does not like to cover it with tons of spices and ingredients that mask it. Four ingredients, not counting the crab legs, and you're on your way to crab heaven. There is nothing better than this.

INGREDIENTS:
White dry wine to taste
3 lemons, cut in ½
1 head garlic, split in ½
3 pounds king crab legs, split
Drawn butter, for serving

DIRECTIONS:
To a large stockpot with a steamer insert, add wine, lemons and garlic and bring to a boil. Add crab legs and cover. Steam for 5 minutes or until crab is cooked. Serve with lettuce or spinach, tomato or avocado and drawn butter.
