Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Hi there, just wanna tell you, there is so many easy method to processing the shrimp-based dishes. The shrimp alwasy have a sweet and savory taste (if fresh), even with a simple seasoning, the taste will look good. This is an example of sweet and sour shrimp recipe.

Shrimp have a highly nutritious containing Omega - 3 fatty acids , vitamin D and vitamin B12 . It also has a low protein and low fat protein. But for people who have high cholesterol levels, it is advisable not to consume too much shrimp.

INGREDIENTS:
300 grams medium shrimp , cut back
2 cloves garlic , finely chopped
1 large red chilli , thinly sliced
1 piece of lemon , squeeze the water
2 tbsps olive oil

(sauce)
1 tsp fish sauce
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsps water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Clean shrimp and sides of the back.
2. Heat the olive oil and fry the shrimp briefly until it changes the color, remove from heat, set aside.
3. Saute the garlic until fragrant, add the red pepper, then cook until wilted.
4. Add fish, tomato and Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and water, Stir until blended.
5. Add the shrimp, stir until cooked and pervasive.
6. Ready to serve.
